galleries, at select art shows throughout the country, as well as
by direct ordering.

For Customers outside the U.S.:

- Shipping costs are NOT automatically added on to orders
outside the U.S. To complete international orders, please
click the button at the bottom of our catalog pages to add the
appropriate shipping for your international order. - In accordance with C.I.T.E.S. regulations, we cannot ship
bookmarks made with antique ivory to Canada. We are happy
however, to make bookmarks for you with synthetic keys from
old (not quite antique!) pianos. Please contact us directly for
these special orders.
Wholesale Customers: To receive a wholesale listing, please

- Minimum opening order is $200.00, pro forma.
- Thirty days net billing is possible with three bank references.
- Please allow 4-6 weeks for wholesale shipment.
- Wholesale orders received after October 1st may not be
received by Christmas.
